I'm 62yrs old and lost 85lbs 25yrs ago, but have gained most of it back over time. I'm starting again. So far so good, but it's only day 1. Night time is the worst for me, I L-O-V-E to snack, hope I can resist.

I am the same age and I find losing so much harder now than when I was young. Not to mention securing the motivation to exercise consistently. That said I know the clock is ticking and each day it will be harder to do things I want to if I get exhausted too early. Good luck to you. I just registered today as well although I have started a week ago to cut back my intake and increase my activity I find the small portions of snack pre packaged helps me. There are some frozen sweets that have very limited portions and only three in a box.
