I have a bum knee and bad back. I am 49 years old and just started with webmd two weeks ago. Managing calories well, but need some safe exercises to do. I walk, but want to add more.

Hi littletree, please refer to my reply to Anu, at this link here on WebMd. We both have degenerative disk disease and I have had a crushed left hip socket, and a crushed rt knee cap, so I'm all about finding good exercises that DON'T HURT, lol
I urge you to read that reply and go to the sparkpeople link for the 12 Min seated Core exercise. This isn't an ad for Sparkpeople, I just found them by googling exercises for geritatrics , elderly and arthritis.... Those links I gave Anu could help you too.
