Hi. Does anyone have a low-cal, nutritious menu they are using?
jemimahhernandez responded:
Eat a variety of fruits and vegetables to get vitamin C, vitamin A, potassium and dietary fiber.

Your diet can include leafy green vegetables, such as broccoli, spinach or kale, and citrus fruits including oranges or tangerines, berries, onions, eggplant and tomatoes. Starchy vegetables such as carrots, acorn squash and pumpkin are slightly higher in calories, but they are excellent sources of vitamin A.

In addition to their vitamins and minerals, fruits and vegetables also have healthy phytochemicals such as phytosterols. A few fruits and vegetables, such as avocados and olives, are high in calories.
