Hi there...

Good going for you, quitting smoking.

I did 7 years ago and have never looked back.

My only advice is read, read, read about the different methods people are using to lose weight.

For me I am counting calories and exercising more.

So far, so good.

One will work for you and you can tailor it to fit your lifestyle.

Quitting smoking is a BEST first step.

Weight loss is a complicated issue and can become even more complicated when considered in conjunction with smoking.
My advice with best way to lose weight is with proper diet and exercise coupled with a strong stress reduction program.
And even long-term weight loss does not normally occur in smokers because of the resulting unhealthiness and bad habits which actually lead to weight gain.
So Quit Smoking
