    What Do You Need to Do?

    The message board you're used to will be closing in the coming weeks. While many of your boards will be making the move to our new home, your posts will not. Want to keep a discussion going? Save posts you want to continue (this includes your member profile story), so that you can re-post them in the new message boards.

    decided to go on a diet. i eat oatmeal only then take a-zinc vitamins. i dont if it will work, i'll to avoid meat as possible

    Hi and thanks for your posting. Please go right now to the WebMD Food and Fitness Planner and input your data. To be successful you need a blueprint to help guide you for all of your meals and activity. You need both. Please don't wing this. I want you to be successful in the long run.

    I so congratulate you for taking the first steps to eat more healthfully. Kudos to you! Now, let's get a plan of action in place as well, OK?
