Jiff Creamy Peanut Butter and Raspberry Jelly on wheat toast is all I ever eat for breakfast everyday. I can't seem to give it up. I usually consume one tablespoonful of each.

Breakfast should be of high calories because it boosts your energy level for the whole day. So try to have more healthy options for the breakfast.
