False Hunger

Hello. Sorry I haven't check in for a little while. Been a little busy trying to put my book out and getting ready for my trip to japan at the end of this month.
There are times when some people eat a big dinner, for example, and then 2 or 3 hours later they're hungry again. If this sort of thing happens to you try to be aware of what's going on. Some "hunger pains" are not hunger at all. It could be air moving in your stomach or just simple digestion. It takes a couple of days for food to get out of you so if you start getting hungry soon after you eat think to yourself, "am I really hungry? Does this make sense"? Trust me…your body will let you know when it's REALLY time to eat. Please be strong and don't give in to false hunger. Have a glorious, logical day!
