You cannot ignore the issue of excessive sweating

Many people suffer from the excessive sweating problem. These may not appear serious health issues at one go, but looking at a longer run, it can hamper your life to a great extent. Generally such problem is termed as BO or body odor, where the person suffering from this menace is embarrassed to remain in social places owing to the bas small coming out from his or her body.

The common thinking on body odor is that its caused by bacteria in the armpits. But, bacteria is all over the body, not just, there.

Less commonly known is body odor is caused by diet. Red meat & fatty starch eaters smell the worst; Plant based eaters smell the best...

Now, what does that say about foods we were meant to eat?
