    30 Ways to Lose Weight Without Dieting

    You don't have to "go on" a diet to lose weight. Because once you "go off" a diet, well, you know what happens.

    YOU can make lifestyle choices that will make you healthier, stave off diseases, and allow you to live longer...and the side effect of doing so will be...weight loss!

    Here's a continuation of MY tips to lose weight without dieting, 25-30:

    25.) Drink plenty of non-caffienated fluids--8-13 cups a day, everyday. We lose our sense of thirst as we age, so find clever ways to stay hydrated...veggie broth in soup, water with lemon or lime, almond milk, or just get used to plain old water. Proper hydration boosts metabolism!

    26.) Skip processed foods and opt for whole foods. And eat as many raw fruits and veggies as you can, while you're at it. You can lose weight without even trying! Whole foods, and whole raw foods use up more calories during the digestion process ("thermogenesis"). Processed foods are already stripped and broken down...they're considered "pre-digested" and you don't burn hardly any calories during digestion, not to mention, processed foods usually have a ton of empty calories!

    27.) This one sounds easy, but we're always in a rush, rush, rush, so it may be harder than it seems. WALK to the store. This one helps if your grocery store is within a mile of your home! Do this only when you know you have a few things to pick up, otherwise, you'll be struggling on the way home.

    28.) You don't really need to exercise if you are on the run and are moving constantly--clean your house every day, do errands, walk or stroll around outside, go out dancing, garden, do the laundry, do the dishes, "shop till you drop," etc. I'm not saying don't exercise, it's good to get your heart rate up and do strength training.     29.) DON'T stress yourself out about weight loss! Focus on health and longevity!

    30.) To add to that last point, stress raises cortisol levels (cortisol is called the "stress hormone"). Raised cortisol causes belly fat! Reduce stress from your life. Do deep breating exercises, yoga, journal, live within your means, don't hang out with negative people. THESE ALSO RAISE CORTISOL LEVELS: too much sugar, too much caffiene, not enough sleep, not enough proper nutrition.

    all points really works happy to read !!!

    lots of people having various issue related to workout and and due to daily schedule it is hard to take out time. all above points helps to maintain healthy life...

    Yes, and no diet pills required!

    Seems like everyone wants a magic pill these days.

    Hate to break the news to everyone...THERE IS NO SUCH THING! No matter how flashy the advertisement and the claims, THERE IS NO MAGIC PILL, otherwise don't you think we'd be a skinnier country if there were a magic pill?!?!?
