    What Do You Need to Do?

    The message board you're used to will be closing in the coming weeks. While many of your boards will be making the move to our new home, your posts will not. Want to keep a discussion going? Save posts you want to continue (this includes your member profile story), so that you can re-post them in the new message boards.

    Help!! I also need support and help to keep on track. If I love WebMD lapse in recording my intake and activity log I find that I revert back to my old ways. I used to communicate with other strugglers which helped keep me more on track. I love WebMD as far as tracking. Keeping a healthy outlook and know this is an ongoing life journey also helps me. Smile & be happy.
