Question on orexin and sleep
An_251536 posted:
Does the following statement seem accurate: To facilitate a good night's sleep, eat a dinner of lean protein such as fish to keep you sensitive to orexin, a hormone that rules the sleep cycle.

An online search seems to yield contradictory information, that lean protein increases the amount of orexin, thus promoting wakefulness. But I may be misinterpreting the information.
