I am Diabetic 2 over 27 yrs.My age is 69 yrs.My height is 174 cms
My weight is 149 pounds.My HB1ac is 6.8.I do 1 hour Yoga& Pranayam
& 50 minutes of moderate speed walk everyday.I spend moderate activelife.My tredmill test for heart is negative,Eco is normal.Blood sugar
is under good control with medicines & diet,Exercize .Now the querry is-
What is the total requirement of Kilo calories per a day to me?
Accordingly what is the total diet requirement? How is it to be distributed
through out the day? a diet chart please!
