I am just now starting to change my life style. what is a good way to start? I have a gym where I work and this is my first day to go after work. I don't want to get board and stop, this sometimes happens.
Regaining good health is like starting a business. You seldom see good results at the very beginning but, regardless of what you see, you must show up for work every morning. Have pride in your accomplishments, however small, and never quit on yourself. Never!
