I have been looking for two days for the place to update/track my progress, weight gain / loss and I cannot find it! HELP!?!

See the WEBMD at upper left? One row down is a row of tabs. Click on "Living Healthy". When the pull down menu appears go to the far right column and click on "Food & Fitness Tracker". You put in your height, weight, age, sex and activity level and set your desired weekly weight loss. It will tell you your recommended calorie allowance. You can also enter exercize which will increase your daily calorie allowance. It has cool graphing tools and great databases.
