The message board you're used to will be closing in the coming weeks. While many of your boards will be making the move to our new home, your posts will not. Want to
keep a discussion going? Save posts you want to continue (this includes your member profile story), so that you can re-post them in the new message boards.

I am just desperate and I need help and support to loss weight. More important I need to exercise. I will be 70 in November, have had double knee replacement so I have no excuse. I just need motivation to get going. Is there anyone who could be my exercise buddy.
Not sure if I'm qualified to be an exercise buddy, but I can help you decide what no-impact activity to do! Try a rebounder...that's a mini trampoline. I've been using one for months now. I have a foot condition, and a rebounder is great, doesn't cause pain or flare ups. I got one of the cheapest ones on amazon. Here's some articles that talk about the benefits of rebounding:
