Losing weight slow after 60

I am in my 60's and have been having problem losing weight. I have learned to chew my food slowly and I get full faster. I have been taking 20 min walks 4 days a week and workout on the bikes 4 days a week. I am about 5 lbs over my age/height/weight limit and having problems loosing tht last 5 lbs. I have problems sleeping and sometimes toss and turn till I eat a bowl of cereal at midnight then I fall asleep. I think that is what is hurting my loosing that last 5 lbs. Can you think of a good way to loose about 5 lbs in 5 months?
