I did this diet and lost 13 lbs in 2 weeks. Excercised 5 days a week for 440 min. Lost a total of 25 lbs. I have the book and I do not see unlimited carbs. Fruit is the main carb most of the veg. are not carbs but I love the fact that you can eat a healthy balanced meals. Lots of salad,grilled chicken or meatballs of turkey,chicken many options. I never went over the 1200 cals first 17 days easiest diet ever and I ate a lot.Used the truvia if needed. I still stay close to the allowed foods.Smoothies every day. I don't get the carb thing at all.
