when you are adding your exercise in are we suppose to put in our 8 hours of work? or is that already calculated in to our calorie limit? it says I burned 1300 calories so its telling me to eat obscene amounts of calories to make up the difference... am I not suppose to add my daily work into this just actual gym/home workout?
