    The message board you're used to will be closing in the coming weeks. While many of your boards will be making the move to our new home, your posts will not. Want to keep a discussion going? Save posts you want to continue (this includes your member profile story), so that you can re-post them in the new message boards.

    My husband just lost about 35 lbs in almost 3 weeks. He has cut back on portions and eating healthier. He walks 6 miles almost every morning and almost every night. Is this to much weight to lose in that period of time?

    Take the bad carbs out and put the good carbs in. Drink lots of water and snacks should be fruits and veggies. Don't forget to have a good breakfast, lunch should have small portions and a lite dinner. I lost 52lbs by doing that and it came off pretty quick too.
