guys Im 26 years old, 6 foot 1 and about 320 lbs. I am doing regular exercise every day but i cannot control my weight, help me..

Have your doctor refer you to see the best registered dietitian for Type 2 Diabetes. Have them draw up a food plan to help you lose 3 lbs/week. Then, follow it to the letter. I could tell you what to eat, myself, but I'd be wasting both your time and mine. Get the referral and hear it from somebody whose dealt with hundreds of patients with weight problems...it carries more weight (no pun).
