After finishing my freshmen year of college I only gained ten pounds. In an effort to go into my sophomore year the same weight I became a health nut and lost twenty pounds. after returning to school I have not only gained back the 20 I lost but 20 more... I still work out every morning and eat healthy(for the most part) but have no idea why this has happened. stress? How do I loose wait while I'm surrounded by people who don't care at all and have poked fun for my healthy habits?
