Menopause and weight gain.

OK... For you ladies at the "M Stage".. I turned 50 this year and started missing periods and gaining weight... I started a healthy diet, fruits, veges low fat meats and dairy, I exercise regularly, I use internet site to log in my food intake an use the fitbit to monitor my steps, i incorporated weights 2x week, and even though my numbers look good on my dashboard, I am NOT losing or maintaining. I am gaining" Most days I feel dejected, discouraged and miserable. ;( I am always hungry..tired and frustrated. Any one has useful information that can help. Please! Thank you.

Well exercise and healthy diet is the key to lose weight. Hormones change which causes to gain weight during and after menopause. Check out this site for detailed info.
