"If you're not losing weight, you need to eat more".

Maybe it works for others, but definitely not for me! The less I eat the likelier I am to lose weight. My metabolism doesn't seem to come to a standstill (it's not very fast anyway) if I eat 900 0r 1000 calories; on the contrary, then I start losing weight slowly.
