I'm writing this tip because I saw that many people have troubles with dieting and they don't know which weightloss supplement is usefull for them.
If you do exercises regulary than L-carnitine an dother popular "fatburners" are fine. However, you will never be able to get a six-pack if you can't maintain the calorie deficit ( X < aerage calorie/day ). You can do this in two ways: 1, calculate your daily calorie intake and gradually reduce it. 2, if you can bear starving then try to get used to eat less and keep up minimum 3 weeks and check the results.
