People need to be more concerned with what makes up the weight more than the weight. Your weight will vary depending on the foods youhave eating, How much water you have consumed, How many BM's you have had. Stop looking at the scale and look more at your body. Do you like the what shape its in. Is it toned. 115 at 5ft or at 7 ft probably doesnt look that attractive.
