i lost 21 lbs in 2 weeks

well at first i was not sure what was going on i though maybe im getting sick lol im looseing weight and i didnt know how then i realized i got into a habbit well a good habbit i had had one of those frozen fruit blends at the mall and decided i would try and make them at home instead of paying 6 dollars everytime i want one so i did and every moring it became routine to just make a drink thst i thought was pretty tasty it was actually full of vitamins and it was also filling so i would not need to eat breakfast not that i do anyways i know thats bad but im just not a morning eater then after i started loosing all this weight i though well why not continue i mean i am only 23 im 5'7 and my weight is 211 i wore a size 22 in pants and since i stared this i have came down to an 18 and now at lunch i have a sandwich everyday tuna and egg is the best high in protein so you dont loose muscle mass while looseing weight then i have whatever i want for diner mostly a small portion of anything starchy and about a 1/2 of a cup of whatever meat you decided and lots of veggies at least 1 cup and i usualy have a salad but make sure you eat at least 3-4 hrs before you go to bed that what i do so i can burn a lil more calories in all it might work for some it might not it has done wonders for me and i thought i could share with everyone my goal i mean yeah i have lost 21 lbs but im still 211 lets face it im supost to be around 150 i have a long way to go but every week im loosing more and more good luck any questions message me ill get back to you thanks for taking the time to read this.........

Congrats on the good start.

Be careful. A lot of weight loss in the beginning is normal if you are very overweight-but losing more than two pounds a week after that is something that you need to keep an eye on.

Make sure you are having a good amount of nutrition throughout the day as well.
