Diet Pills
An_201906 posted:
I am a Marine. The Marine Corps is requiring me to lose 10-15 pounds. The Marine Corps weight standards simply do not work for my body type. They determine my body fat content using tape which does not work in my favor eithier. We are not allowed to use caliper method but with that I am at the heavier side of my ideal body fat percentage. To not get booted out of the service I have to lose this weight no matter what. I decided I would take weight loss pills to get the weight off for my weigh in then go back to regular diet and exercise afterwards. I know diet pills are inherently unhealthy but does anyone know of the pills with the greatest success rate and fewest side effects. Thanks for the help. And by-the-way I exercise over an hour a day 7 days a week. I just have a ridiculously slow metabolism

Thank you for your service to keep our country safe!

Have you spoken with a Marine Corps medical professional? I'm wondering if you could get an exemption or doctor's note. It sounds like you're healthy and fit.

No matter what, I would speak with a doctor first. Here are 2 WebMD articles that can give you information on both over the counter and prescription medication.

My suggestion is don't do it. I purchased one of the best "weight lost" pills in the market "Roxy Lean" and it was very unnatural for me. I felt very weird and out of place. If you have a slow metabolism maybe you should change your diet (what you eat). Good luck

posting in Anon for fear of retaliation...

while diet pills are not a good way to lose weight for the long term, and of course there are always risks involved, I'm going to give you the answer you really want. My spouse has tried various diet pills as have I, and I can tell you that in our experience the best for sure has been Lipo 6 Black. It definitely makes you jittery the first few times you use it and may cause nausea if you aren't careful to eat something after you take it, but overall the stuff is AMAZING.

well, as you see I ultimately decided not to post in anon because I hate when people do that LOL. I forgot to delete the first line!
