It is easier to lose weight and keep it off if you treat your undiagnosed obstructive sleep apnea (OSA), a common causes of weight gain.
Cortisol surges during apneas (upper airway obstructions) cause weigh gain in most and cannot be controlled until the apneas are eliminated.
Bottom line: Have a sleep test and treat your OSA if you have it. You will be glad you did.
