desperate to loose 100 lbs

I am a 63 yr old woman, 10 yrs ago weighed 520 lb, now 320 lb.
but in that time I have yoyo'd 60-100 lb many times.
My basic health is remarkably good, no diabetes, low cholesterol,
normal blood pressure...bad knees, otherwise ok.

But the knees are getting worse, and I am too heavy for knee replacement. Taking methadone for pain but not every day.

gym, water aerobics, weight room most days.

I am trying juicing after watching movie "fat, sick, and nearly dead"
also interested in Dr gundry diet. Looking for help!

Wow, you've made a lot of progress losing all that weight.

I hope you can continue on the path of getting smaller.

Juicing wouldn't work for me, because I like to eat my food, not drink it, and besides, I have to cook for my husband, so not eating would be near impossible.

Maybe just stick to a certain eating pattern based on healthy food and specific times, at a certain calorie level?

E.g. if you eat 1 800 calories spread throughout the day - say 3 meals and 2 snacks (healthy food of course) , the weight should drop off.

It's excellent that you exercise so regularly - keep it up, and good luck.
