    Hi, I am trying to lose my last 7.5 pounds for bathing suit season and for a wedding that I am attending in August. My target daily calorie intake according to WebMD's diet planner is 1200 calories. I am having a hard time getting there. I am always 300-400 calories short, so that means I only eat 800-900 calories per day. I am scared that I am not getting enough nutrition. Well, I know it is easy to say "Eat more!" but I am full every meal and if I eat any more food, I feel very bloated, making me feel like i am over-eating. I used to over-eat but since I start to watch how much I eat and what I eat, my eating habits are back to where it used to be except for the weekends which are my "cheat" days.

    Any advise?

    you can eat 6-8 times a day instead of 3 times, but make sure not to eat until full. cut the half of size of the meal you used to eat, and eat more often. some fruits have more calories than others such as melon, pear, apple, and sweet potatoes have high calories, too. see more at "Jennie's Diet-how"
