Steel cut oatmeal, sweetened with honey, topped with natural almond butter and a few dark chocolate chips

coffee w/ sugar and cream

brocolli cheddar soup and a cobb salad with chicken

coffee w/ sugar and cream

1/2 of a whole wheat pita, and carrots and broccolli dipped in spicy hummus, a boiled egg and some ranier cherries

Since it is Friday evening, I may treat myself to a cocktail, glass of wine or perhaps a small dessert.
