Hello everyone,

I need support to lose weight. I have tried diet plans and they do not work. I am looking for the right diet plan. My family does not give me support.

What do your meals usually include? You could benefit from a weight loss diet plan that is low on carbs and high in proteins. Eliminate starchy vegetables and foods from your diet (white bread, rice, potatoes, beans, pasta etc) and eat more of protein-rich foods such as chicken, lean meat, seafood, turkey, eggs, tofu and skimmed milk. Exercise for an hour every day. Start with an hour of walking every day and then move on to other forms of exercise that you enjoy- dancing, swimming, boxing, spinning"026you have so many options!
