    have lost 10 kgs in 4 months. i did not plan anything but my routine was too tough .i had to go to university on foot in hot summer. and i had alot of pressure of studies that i could not sometimes eat lunch or dinner. but now i realize that my skin is getting lose. can anyone suggest me anything for it?
