    Exciting News for WebMD Members!

We've been busy behind the scenes building new message boards for you. You'll have new and easier ways to find messages, connect with others, and share your stories.

And, this will all be available on your smartphone or other mobile device!

What Do You Need to Do?

The message board you're used to will be closing in the coming weeks. While many of your boards will be making the move to our new home, your posts will not. Want to keep a discussion going? Save posts you want to continue (this includes your member profile story), so that you can re-post them in the new message boards.

Keep an eye here and on your email inbox, we'll be back in touch soon to give you all the information you need!

    Yours in health,

Im 5'4" and 145... I can eat good for two weeks and lose 17 lbs.. I feel good and fit back in all my size 5 clothes... then I go back to eating late at night and eating more than I should on work breaks and drinking beer and gain it all back to the point that my size 7 is tight... I'm so frustrated... I can't seem to stay on track.

Know exactly how you feel! Also 5'4' current weight 139 but can flux in a day between 137 and 145. I try to eat right as often as possible and work out when I can. Would love to get to 130 but it seems impossible. I don't drink beer but I do have wine or cocktails often.
