just discovered the food/fitness tracker. i put on about 15 pounds in the last 6 months..my weight has fluctated up and down a lot because of nervous and compulsive eating and not exercising..im trying to get those pounds off and i think the tracker will help a lot. it makes you aware and accountable for what you're eating. also hit the gym, or take a jog and get some hand weights because fitness is huge. when i was going to the gym regularly it made such a difference. i was less stressed and felt a lot more confident. good luck to everyone.
