One pound a week...anyone?

Hi,

Trying to loose one pound a week. does not seem much but just not happening. An vegetarian with love for Indian cuisine, hence, lots of rice..

Though I don't eat too much at meals, it's the in bet time, that is difficult.. A rusk here, a cup of juice there and I guess it all adds up

Start tracking your meals
If you go up in weight on a day then you might be sensitive to that food..ie lentils or coconut. remove them from your meals for 10 days and reintroduce.

Also you need to eat 5 times a day
