Hard Work NOT Paying Off...

HELP! I'm not new to exercising, I eat right (admittedly usually NOT enough) and have been battling to lose a lousy 15lbs for far too long. You name it, I've tried it. Changed my routine, supplements, food diary, more cardio, more weight training...I could go on & on. Anyway, since the new year I've amped up my workouts and for that I have gained weight every week...yes I have fat to lose, I know all about replacing fat w/muscle...that's not what's happening. Suggestions, Advice....HELP!! Thanks!

There are a couple things that could be going on. One, you mentioned it above, maybe you're not eating enough, so your metabolism has slowed quite a bit, which makes it harder to lose weight. And two, since I don't know your weight, maybe you are at a great weight and 15 lbs more is not what your body wants to do, it's saying, "I'm happy and I look fine at this weight!"
