HELP! I'm not new to exercising, I eat right (admittedly usually NOT enough) and have been battling to lose a lousy 15lbs for far too long. You name it, I've tried it. Changed my routine, supplements, food diary, more cardio, more weight training...I could go on & on. Anyway, since the new year I've amped up my workouts and for that I have gained weight every week...yes I have fat to lose, I know all about replacing fat w/muscle...that's not what's happening. Suggestions, Advice....HELP!! Thanks!

The reality is, you should go "on and on"...with a qualified "somebody", one who can establish the right metrics and run the right tests for you. A doctor can be a great place to start, imo.
