Need to lose 10-20lbs

I am consistently working out at home and work (with yoga & line dancing) and still not seeing any real change. I have to admit that I am a "mindful" nibbler (on sweets). Although i noticed weight lose, once I started "going" more frequently, but the fiber I was taking was hard on my stomach, so I quit. Now I'm back to my original weight. HELP with any tips. thank you
