Strange Dieting Symptoms?

I've been working on eating better - not dieting - recently. I have been off and on for the last three months, slowly getting ride of unhealthy habits - drinking pop, over eating, snacking, deep fried foods. For the last week, I have been eating very well, but noticed some strange things a week ago.
I haven't been hungry for three days. The first day I was busy, and didn't eat a thing, and never got hungry. The second, I made sure I ate some chicken, but still wasn't hungry, and only ate 300 calories. The third day, despite not being hungry, I ate normally. Before I got to lunch my stomach was so bloated and discended I looked several months pregnant!
This is not a loss of appetite, its a feeling of being full (sometimes not even full, just not hungry).
I also have noticed increased thirst for several weeks.
