I am 5'2, 140 lbs. I have been on the Shred diet starting on the 4th week this week. I have been exercising 5-6 times a week and have not been able to lose weight. I lost more weight counting calories and eating whatever I wanted than on this diet. All of my weight seems to be focused on my thighs and butt. I would like to lose 10-20lbs because I want to have another child. What can I do to get these pounds to come off?!! It's really frustrating following a diet plan and seeing no results.
