    This will help you. 1 grapefruit, 1 orange or tangerine, 1/2 cucumber, Mint leaves (just 2) mix in water, put in refrigerator overnight drink 3 glasses a day (8 ozs) do this for 10 days and you will see a difference. This should last you for 2 days, repeat process. Good Luck
