I have lost about 90 lbs. in the last 10 months and now I am 12 lbs away from my goal of 110. I am having a heck of a time losing this. any suggestions? I am doing the same thing with my dieting. not as much exercising cause it hurts a little more to get in the floor. I have never done diet pills.. but am willing to try. if anyone has any suggestions I would be extremely thankful !
Hi..congratulation..it is a good progress..but exercise is a must..it will keep your metabolic high and tone your body..just walk everyday..or do cycling for 30 mins to 1 hr.. i dont recommend for diet pills..if you can loose naturally, what is the use of this..
