Hi I'm trying to lose 10 lbs and I was looking for people to interact with or become friends with that are on a similar road. My name is Skie I'm 24 yo student who is also a mother. I my goal is to lose 10 lbs by December min.

I have an overall goal of losing 25 pounds... but im breaking it down in 5 pound increments. I started biking for an hour daily and im trying to now make better food choices... what have you been doing? I too need a friend for this, i need motivation to lose this small amount of weight that feels like a ton...

i'm trying to lose 10 lbs too.. but i'm having a hard time.. no matter what I eat or how much I workout this extra weight doesnt seem to go ... I eat healthy food and I eat junkies like once a week and I try to excercise everyday.. usually I'm an active person even when I dont work out .. sometimes I dont have time for my workouts.. I'm a medical student and I'm having a training program this summer so I hardly ever have time for my family and friends and I also have this weight to worry about
I'm not on a regular workout routine but I do pilates for like 10 min or cardio the high intensity thing .. i've downloaded some videos by Jillian micheals and they're really helpful

Hi Skie,

I am trying to 16lbs by dec. I am 26 yrs old and i realised that its high time i start working toward shedding the pounds i have gained in the past 2 yrs. I currently weight 136 lbs and my target is 120 lbs.
The problem with me is lack of motivation to work out. I know i need to pull myself to gym and start running but it just seem to work out after long day in the office. Any motivation or tips would certainly help.

My wife had trouble loosing weight and maintained the same weight for 5 years, but finally she found the system that's shedding off the pounds and is working great. She even started giving it to the kids. You should try it. She and the kids have lost 4 pounds in 5 days. More to come.....
