2 lbs a week - tips?

I'm currently 6 lbs in to a 25 lbs weight loss and am having a little trouble consistently losing 2 lbs a week like I want. I work out 5 or 6 times a week (running and light weight conditioning) and am pretty in shape. I'm also eating the recommended number of calories (1300) but it seems I'm only losing about 1 lb a week. Anyone have any tips on how to up that number?

Hi ArenGirl, how much water are you drinking daily? If you could give a little more information such as your weight now, height & age or close to your actual age, it would help. Perhaps 2 pounds is a little too much to expect, personally I think you're losing 1 lb a week is fantastic.
