Help IC,medications and faild operation - weight gain

Hi, new here. I am 48yrs female 5ft 10in. In the last 5 years I have gained about 50lbs, i now weigh 200lbs. I am on medications that solw matoblism.Due to failed operations I am unable to lift (10lb restriction) or exert myself with excersise. Pain also causes me to be sedintary. For years Dr s have told me my hip pain was FMS. My diet is already restricted (i can eat some carbs.) I need help with weight loss. Nutritionist don't seem to be able to help me. Help pls, im so tired of being heavy and depressed. Thanks Chris
