    Exciting News for WebMD Members!

We've been busy behind the scenes building new message boards for you. You'll have new and easier ways to find messages, connect with others, and share your stories.

And, this will all be available on your smartphone or other mobile device!

What Do You Need to Do?

The message board you're used to will be closing in the coming weeks. While many of your boards will be making the move to our new home, your posts will not. Want to keep a discussion going? Save posts you want to continue (this includes your member profile story), so that you can re-post them in the new message boards.

Keep an eye here and on your email inbox, we'll be back in touch soon to give you all the information you need!

Breaking News! USDA ditches Food Pyramid for "My Plate"
    Amelia_WebMD_Staff posted:
Just wanted to share this with some of my favorite healthy members!

Earlier today, the USDA replaced the out-dated food pyramid with a new "My Plate" icon to bring more awareness to the recently updated USDA/HHS Dietary guidelines.

"My Plate" is a more eye-catching and much simpler visual guide to how much of each food group we should eat on a daily basis. For your convenience, WebMD has designed a printable version of the plate for our members. We hope you'll print it out and hang it on your fridge for your healthier new lifestyle.

Be sure to read the full story here -- USDA Ditches Food Pyramid for Healthy Plate .

We would also love to hear how you have modified your diet this year to become more healthy - take our POLL and share your story and/or tips on the Food & Cooking board.

Do they even know what they're talking about or are they just guessing?
