I've been doing well with exercising and I've been eating healthy..and little snacks often to keep my metabolsm going. I have a history of an ED..but I've gotten much healthier mentally now.

I just have days where I feel like any other person would and I'm thinking...why have I not lost more weight with all of the effort I've put into it.

instead of ignoring cravings, just eat a yummy, healthy snack! starving yourself solves nothing. More
