She goes to the gym every few days for a hour and works out... but when I ask her how its going and whats she is doing, actually anything like her weight to she gets mad and doesnt answer.

Ive known her for a few years now and I see she has gain more weight... But she says she wants to lose it and she is working hard to do so!

What can I do to help and or just to support her better?

Perhaps tell her you are there for her, and let her know you support her and maybe decide to stop asking her about her progress.
