    What Do You Need to Do?

    The message board you're used to will be closing in the coming weeks. While many of your boards will be making the move to our new home, your posts will not. Want to keep a discussion going? Save posts you want to continue (this includes your member profile story), so that you can re-post them in the new message boards.

    I'm a mother of 4. Since I had my third child I have struggled with losing weight and my body image. I am 5'5" and I weigh 160. While this number stays put, I just hate myself more and more.I think I've become obsessed with food. I drink 4 pops a day, barely any water and I want sugar sugar sugar. I've got issues!

    I need a support system!

    Hey Megan its all about getting in the right frame of mind. Mind over matter, and have an out. That out can be an reason not to eat those bad foods or an out can be a substitution in place of those foods whatever you need but make it work for you.
